Web Content Manager/Content Author
As part of the Digital Sales and Services Group (DSS) Content Entry, Maintenance and Support Team, I was responsible for both creating and/or updating content for the Public Web Site (WWW) as part of regular maintenance activities and/or within longer-term efforts, including projects. Responsibilities included gathering, creating, and/or verifying requirements. Authoring and publishing new/updated content.
High profile projects include: Great Rate Event and https://wellsfargo.com/credit-cards.
Technologies used: SDL Tridion WCMS, Documentum WCMS, and Clearquest.
