Managed incoming production requests in Workfront, reviewing each request for completeness, identifying gaps, and coordinating with stakeholders before work entered production. Collaborated with project managers and creative teams on customer stories, campaign pages, and BAU content updates. Managed monthly batches of customer data nodes and implemented launch tags and cookies in Adobe Launch to support campaign tracking. Built tracking URLs, compiled campaign data, and handled UAT, QA, page retirement, and redirects as part of a fast-moving content operations team.
